Data and purposes
The website processes technical data to deliver pages and prevent abuse. If you choose email, phone or WhatsApp, the agency receives the information you provide to answer your enquiry. This version does not collect enquiries through a website form.
Legal bases
Operation and security rely on the controller’s legitimate interests. Enquiries are handled for the pre-contractual steps you request and applicable legal obligations. Statistics and interaction analysis require your consent, which you may refuse or withdraw. Marketing consent is not requested.
Optional analytics
Only after consent, Google Analytics 4 measures navigation and link usage; Microsoft Clarity analyses interactions through heatmaps and session reconstructions. Website events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or communication contents. Advertising features are disabled. These tools do not load on privacy and cookie pages.
Providers and transfers
Aruba S.p.A. hosts the website. Google and Microsoft are involved only if you accept analytics. External contact channels use their respective providers when you choose them. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the conditions and safeguards in their notices, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Retention
Communications are kept to handle your enquiry and resulting contractual or legal obligations. Technical logs follow security needs and provider settings. Analytics preferences last 180 days. GA4 retains user and event data for 2 months; aggregate reports may follow different periods. Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days and aggregate data or labelled sessions for 9 months.

You may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing and complain to the Italian data protection authority. The website makes no automated decisions with legal effects on visitors.
